Orders placed before 5pm AEST will usually be dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually dispatched same day.

Australian Standard Shipping:

• FREE for orders of $50 and over.
• $9.95 for orders under $50.

Australian Express Shipping:

• $9.95 for orders of $50 and over. 
• $14.95 for orders under $50.

Monogrammed Orders:

Please allow an additional 5 business days for orders to be monogrammed and shipped. Please note, these bags are dispatched from a second warehouse so may arrive separately to other items ordered.

Personalised Orders:

Please allow an additional 3 business days for orders to be personalised and shipped. Please note, these bags are dispatched from a second warehouse so may arrive separately to other items ordered.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International Shipping - (outside of Australia)

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping time is usually 6 – 10 business days via DHL.
• Local duties and taxes may be payable on orders delivered to countries outside Australia and New Zealand. All local duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout.
