Free shipping over $50 Australia wide.



Orders of $50.00 and above are shipped free. For orders under $50.00, a flat rate fee of $9.95 AUD is charged for standard shipping within Australia. Delivery within Australia can take up to 2 business days. All Australian orders using standard shipping will be delivered using 'Star Track Express'.


Express shipping is available for orders over $50 within Australia at a cost of $9.95. Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the next business day.

Orders of $99.00 AUD and above are shipped free. For orders under $99 AUD, a flat rate fee of $20.00 AUD is charged for shipping to New Zealand and $30 AUD to the rest of the world. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. International Shipping takes 5-10 business days. 
All international shipping must be signed for on delivery. International customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, taxes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Olga Berg will not be liable for any customs or import duties and taxes.



Full Price Items

We want you to love your Olga Berg piece as much as we do. In the instance that you are not completely satisfied with your order and the item is in original condition with all tags attached, we will gladly exchange or refund your order within 100 days of the purchase date. To exchange or return your item please email our customer care team at sales@olgaberg.com and Olga Berg will provide you with a return authorisation number. 

Please package items to be returned carefully to protect during transit. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted. We recommend that you post the merchandise back to Olga Berg via registered post or courier to ensure it is received securely and in a timely manner. Olga Berg will not accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A refund of only the product price will be given once the item has been received in original condition and packaging. We do not refund the original freight charge.

In the event that items are faulty or not as per ordered please email sales@olgaberg.com providing the following information:

  • Supporting evidence e.g. photos
  • Order number
  • Contact phone number.

Our customer care team will be in contact to make arrangements for the return of the product. Once returned and inspected, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Sale Items

All purchases of Sale items are final. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sale items.

Personalisation Orders

All personalised styles are non-refundable unless deemed faulty by management. Please ensure you choose your personalisation (letter caps or monogrammed foil) carefully as this product cannot be returned or refunded.
