What is your returns policy?
At Olga Berg, we’re here to help make sure you have an amazing online shopping experience, and we understand that includes fast & easy returns.
If you don't absolutely love your new Olga Berg purchase (we can’t imagine you wouldn’t) we offer returns worldwide for a full refund excluding any original freight charge, providing it meets the following requirements:
- Full priced item,
- Return is initiated within 30 days of dispatch,
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Olga Berg has the right to reject a return if it does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you.
Please Note. The cost of return shipping is customer borne and non-refundable unless deemed faulty. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Olga Berg is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Please ensure you include your Packing Slip with the order number inside your parcel for ease of processing by our warehouse staff.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. You will be automatically refunded back on your original payment method or receive a store credit. You will also receive a notification that the refund has been processed via email.
Domestic Returns in Australia

International Returns (All Countries except AUS)
Please ensure to choose your items carefully as although we accept change of mind returns, it’s important to consider the potential costs and logistics involved in international returns before making a purchase, please contact us if you have any specific questions regarding our return policies.
To lodge an international return, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please ensure you include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Reason for return (Change of Mind, Not Suitable, Faulty etc)
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply on your request. Please note that unless the item is found to be faulty, the cost of the return will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund once the item reaches us.
We will include the cost of the return in our reply with your return’s label and instructions on how to lodge your return.
We are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our bags and headwear. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us at email@example.com with images of the faulty product. We will investigate this and assist you further.
Returns purchased during promotions
As long as your return satisfies the other return guidelines, you remain eligible for a refund even if you used a discount code such as a welcome code or made the purchase during a promotional period.
Returns on Monogrammed and Personalised Items
All personalised styles are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. Please ensure you choose your personalisation (letter caps or monogramming) carefully as this product cannot be returned or refunded.
Items purchased from the SALE section of our website are listed as FINAL SALE and therefore are not eligible for a return.
