Australian Standard Shipping - FREE on orders of $50 or over & $9.95 for orders under $50. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days for metro areas & 5-7 business days for rural areas.
Australian Express Shipping - $9.95 on orders of $50 and over & $14.95 on orders under $50. Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for metro areas & 3-5 business days for rural areas.

What is your returns policy?
At Olga Berg, we’re here to help make sure you have an amazing online shopping experience and we understand that includes fast & easy returns.
If you don't absolutely love your new Olga Berg item (we can’t imagine you wouldn’t) we offer returns on all full priced items within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund excluding any original freight charge. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your return slip with the order number in the package when returning your goods.
Olga Berg has the right to reject a return if it does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.
Once returned items are inspected and approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or receive a store credit. You will also receive a notification that the refund has been processed.
Items purchased from the SALE section of our website are not eligible for a return so please choose carefully.
How do I lodge my return? To lodge a return, click here to be taken to our returns centre and follow the prompts. It is super easy!
My item is faulty or incorrect, what do I do? We are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our designs. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please lodge your return request here within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be asked to provide photos. We will investigate this and assist you further.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, Olga Berg will bear the cost of return shipping. For all other reasons, the cost of return shipping is customer borne and non-refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Olga Berg is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Have you received my return? If you keep your return tracking number you can track your return. Please allow 4-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
Can I exchange my item? Yes, if you wish to exchange for a different product the quickest and most efficient way to do this is to go to our online store and buy the item you want www.olgaberg.com then go to our returns centre and return the item you want to return for a full refund. If I make a purchase using a discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return? If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return.
Can I return items which have been monogrammed or personalised? Unfortunately not. All personalised styles are non-refundable unless deemed faulty by management. Please ensure you choose your personalisation (letter caps or monogramming) carefully as this product cannot be returned or refunded.
